We’ve arranged a special rate for our guests at Etéreo and are also helping offset the cost of rooms to make your stay more enjoyable. Your room has been pre-assigned based on your group size and needs — simply call the hotel, mention the event name, provide your name, and submit your deposit to confirm your reservation. Last Day to Book is December 15th, 2025

Cancun International Airport
Please book your Thursday flight into Cancun International Airport. Rachel and Mitch will be pre-arranging transportation from the Airport to Etéreo for all guests. To make that process as smooth as possible, it would be helpful if guests who are traveling from the same city could work together to arrive on the same flight.
The Cancun Airport can be chaotic, so don’t get distracted by the people trying to sell you a timeshare. Our driver will be waiting for you at the designated meeting spot with a sign, ready to take you to Etéreo. Depending on which airline you book with, you will arrive at either Terminal 3 or Terminal 4. You can reference the maps below to see where the driver will be waiting.
Rachel and Mitch will provide transportation from the airport to Etereo. Return transportation to the airport should be arranged directly between each guest and the hotel. Guests may pre-arrange the hotel’s transport service (ete.reservations@auberge.com) or request a taxi on-site. Taxis are the most cost-effective option.
