Mitch and Rachel met in Buenos Aires in 2016—two bright-eyed college kids “studying” abroad, bonding over broken Spanish and a shared inability to say no to adventure. By their third date, they were backpacking through Bolivia, violently altitude sick but somehow falling in love. In a bold attempt to seem chill, Rachel even agreed to bike down Bolivia’s infamous “Death Road” to impress Mitch. Now that’s romance!

Since then, they’ve been inseparable—hopping across continents, chasing beats at music festivals, and throwing legendary house parties in Austin (where Mitch crafts perfect Ooni pizzas and Rachel hula hoops in high heels). They’ve packed more laughter, passport stamps, concerts, and questionable travel stories into nine years than most people do in a lifetime.
